We want you to love your DFYNE gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
